What we collect
When you use the quote form, call us or email us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address and a description of the job. Like most websites, we also collect basic visit information, such as pages viewed and the device and browser used.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and carry out our work. We use visit information to understand how the site is used and how our advertising performs.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers to run the site and handle messages (for example, our website host and email provider), and Google services including Google Analytics and Google Ads, which may use cookies to measure visits and advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email quotes@hdgpr.co.za. You may also complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
